Happy Halloween 2013

Anne! How gorgeous!! And I LOVE Halloween... my favourite time of year, tied with Yule/Christmas... and makes a most wonderful gift, even for my Birthday... WHICH I am so completely blessed to receive from someone like you, who has always been so very sweet and nice to me, since I've known you on dA!
You should not worry that your wishes were belated though, for two reasons:
1. Look how belated I am to receive them...
I am sorry for that, as I have missed your comment or note about it, which I am usually quite good at those type of messages, however if there wasn't one, I am even worse at seeing all of my devs that come through...

and...
2. The timing is actually great... people should celebrate themselves at various times during the year, and not just one day only,
and also, because when I did finally see this, I needed that "smile" that only that  special thoughtfulness can bring to someone's heart and soul.

So... I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this, and for your friendship,
which in itself, has been such a wonderful gift!
